Westland is world-known for its glasshouse horticulture and global export of flowers and plants. Greenhouse has developed two colocation data centers here, in Naaldwijk near Rotterdam/The Hague. Including superior international and regional connectivity. With a green character, so very Westland too. Ideal for establishing ICT infrastructure in the Netherlands while benefiting from international reach.
Location: Westland/Rotterdam/The Hague
The technologies applied are state-of-the-art
Greenhouse develops/operates colocation data centers with redundant, state-of-the-art design using advanced technologies. In our flagship data center, Greenhouse DC 2, we have deployed indirect adiabatic 'Fresh Air' cooling, cold corridors, and energy-efficient UPSs. Combined with continuous monitoring and adjustment of the climate at room level, it results in an extremely energy-efficient PUE figure of 1.15.
Certifications
The data centers operated by Greenhouse are periodically certified by independent auditors in accordance with various standards. ISO/IEC 27001:2015 (information security) and ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) guarantee that our organizational processes are robust. PCI DSS validates our secure storage of payment data. And, ISO 14001:2015 (environment and sustainability) gives you ultimate ecological guarantees.
Secure and redundant
Our colocation data centers have tiered and therefore redundant security in place. The security design meets ‘onion model’ requirements from the European EN 50600 standard, including biometrics, access control and staffing 24/7. Together with our (emergency) power infrastructure (N+1), cooling, fire protection and network systems, it offers you ultimate certainty regarding ICT and business continuity.
